COMPANY PROFILE

Indonesia Insurances is operated by Bali Insurance Services which was founded to answer the market demand of reliable and affordable insurance plans. The founder, Fransisco Redy has been working in insurance field since 2002, mostly dealing with health and life, automobile, cargo, as well as commercial and dwelling properties such as houses, restaurants, villas, hotels and restaurants. During that time he serves both locals and expatriates.

OUR GOAL

While self-consciousness about the needs of insurance has just been growing, the lack of insurance knowledge and the quite many new and old insurance products available in the market (from various insurance companies in Indonesia), is just another hard task -if we cannot say it as an obstacle - in choosing the right insurance plan.

It is our task to provide the market with proper information and professional advise before buying a certain insurance plan. What do they want, what do they really need, what other additional coverage can they get with minimum cost, how to claim - are always in our mind when dealing with customers.

Situation:
Mr. J previously join a health insurance for his son with company's corporate insurance. The first year he bought at US$150 per annum. Due to some claims he made, now the extention would cost US$200 per annum. He asked us how to reduce the price . . .

Advise:
The expensive part of medical care is hospitalization, meanwhile general illness such as seeing the doctor plus the presciption often cost lower and still affordable. Upon several consultation he decided to take hospitalization case only PLUS additional life insurance. Remember also, that several insurance sales sometimes think that you already know their products and they do not need to explain in details unless(well, unless you ask). The result - they make some calculation that might be not of you think, and this can make some difference, especially in investment insurance!

We are not a one-time-sell insurance agent. We would prefer to talk to our client in more personal way because only this way we can really understand what they actually really need.

In consultation, we provide you with several choices of plans and transparent information to be considered before buying. When everything is agreed, we deliver the registration form to the selected insurance company, and they will continue the process.

The above process is NOT the end of the deals! We still provide you with ongoing support. If, for example, in the middle of the contract you are interested to propose loan to the insurance company, or have a claim but not sure how to do it, we are still here to assist at no cost!
